The United Nations Trade Business Group for Digital Paper is organising a Capacity Building Workshop followed by a Technical Workshop in Kuala Lumpur on 20th - 24th February 2006. The Capacity Building Workshop titled ‘International Standards to Stimulate Paperless Trade’ will include presentations on the UNeDocs and UNeDocsUK projects and how this UN/CEFACT and SITPRO developed methodology and standard can encourage the adoption of paperless trade and aid global interoperability.
Additionally SITPRO’s Gordon Cragge, Chair of ASEAL (Asia Europe Alliance for Paperless Trade) will be promoting the work of the group as well as advancing some areas of the project through the technical meeting.
