As we highlighted in the last issue, new Export Control System provisions have now come into force. So far everything is running smoothly, but just in case technology lets us down, manual forms for ECS, ICS and Safety & Security have been made available on the European Commission website. These forms are intended to aid traders in times of Fallback and manual processing.
